Houston’s Cool Moon is passing through Philly tonight at West Philly’s Lava Space. Helmed by frontwoman Andrea Lisi — who was the lead singer of the early aughties’ DIY D.C. power trio, Del Cielo — this new trio still rocks just as hard. Find more info on the show over at the XPN Concert Calendar, then stream their latest album Postparty Depression on Spotify below.

Philly punks Worriers released their new album Survival Pop a month back, which features such jams as singles “Gaslight” and “The Possibility.” Celebrating that release with a homecoming gig at Johnny Brenda’s alongside Philly’s other finest punks, Thin Lips and Katie Ellen. Watch Worrier’s recent stop at the Chris Gethard Show below, where they performed “The Possibility,” “Future Me,” and “They/Them/Theirs.” More info on the 21+ show is available over at the XPN Concert Calendar.

Local throwback stars, The Hooters, are bringing their tunes back home by ways of Keswick Theater tonight. The genre-blending band made their name in the early eighties with hits such as “And We Danced,” “All You Zombies,” and “Johnny B.” Now prep to see Eric Bazilian, Rob Hyman, David Uosikkinen, and more again tonight by jamming to “And We Danced” below. Find info on tickets to the show here.
