mwYUpper Darby-bred art-rock five piece mewithoutYou released their latest album, Ten Stories, last year, blending their heavier early sound with the orchestrations of their later albums.  The record features quirky tales of life and death mostly told through tales of anthropomorphic animals surrounding the wreck of a circus train.  The band is still on tour in support of the album, and will play at The Depot in York tonight with Philly’s Auctioneer.  Check out the Space Odyssey-inspired video for their song “All Circles” below and click here for ticket information.

Vietnam have been quietly toiling away at a new album since 2007s self-titled debut.  It’s full of some incredible blues-rock tunes that sound a bit like Bob Dylan joined forces with The Black Crowes.  The group just released the long-awaited follow-up, An American Dream, in February and their tour brings them to Milkboy Philly tonight along with THATAFS, The Cats and Jackie Paper.  Click here for ticket information, and catch the bizarre slow jam “Yaz” off the new album below.

Known for his unique blend of R&B, soul, funk and rock, Marc Broussard has been rocking since 2002s Momentary Setback.  And, while he hasn’t released a new album since 2011, Broussard is still touring, releasing live albums and recently switched to a new label who will release Broussard’s latest album soon.  Tonight, he plays the Sellersville Theater.  Click here for tickets and check out his video for the song “Cruel” below.
